Welcome to WHARTON TECNOLOGIA AMBIENTAL LTDA. By accessing our website, using our Online Platform, or purchasing our sanitation equipment, you agree to the following terms.

1. Site and Platform Access

Our platforms are designed for industrial and corporate use. You must provide accurate information during the New Account creation process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials for the User Platform.

2. Permitted Use

Our environmental management systems by Wharton must be used strictly for environmental monitoring, waste management, and regulatory compliance. Any attempt to reverse engineer our sensors, equipment, or software is strictly prohibited.

3. Equipment and Hardware

All environmental technology equipment manufactured by Wharton is subject to specific technical warranties described in individual sales contracts. Installation must follow our Easy Setup guidelines to ensure validity.

4. Limitation of Liability

While our Online Platform provides highly accurate data, Wharton is not responsible for decisions made by facility managers based on this data. Environmental compliance remains the ultimate responsibility of the client company.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Mogi das Cruzes / SP is the designated jurisdiction for any legal disputes.
